3. Artwork & Quotation

We’ll create artwork based on your preferred design and colour combinations, and provide a quotation with the estimated lead time.

Custom sample requests are available upon request and will be chargeable.

4. Production

Upon confirmation, we will proceed with production, and once your carpets are complete, we’ll be in touch to schedule delivery.

5. Rug Installation

We will deliver the carpet at your preferred date and time range. For custom pieces, delivery and installation are complimentary.
