Office Carpets FAQs

How to get quotation?

Simply click the Whatsapp button on the bottom right of the page to send us a message. Please state the area of the space (in sqft or sqm) that requires carpet installation. Alternatively use the contact form above to send us an inquiry. Our customer service team will aim to respond immediately.

Does the carpet installation come with any warranty?

We adhere closely to the standard industrial practice.

1. Workmanship warranty - Covered 14 days from date of installation
2. Material warranty - Covered by our supplier 1 year from date of installation. 

Material Warranty : 

In the event of any malfunction, please notify us. A representative will then inspect and verify the defects. If replacement is warranted, the company will provide replacement for the defective materials free of charge, excluding the cost of labour. If the same material is not available, we reserve the right to supply similar materials of equal value for replacement of the defective material. We reserve the right to try rectification work before granting any free replacement. 

Warranty Exclusions:
- Product wear and tear

- Cuts, stains and damages due to misuses and abuses

- Shedding, wrinkles, crushing, shading, UV yellowing and soil filtration that are typical of the respective carpet types

- Defects as a result of improper maintenance methods

- Defects as a result of relative humidity in excess of 75%

How quickly can you arrange the installation?

This depends on our job schedule. Usually we would be able to schedule carpet installation works as soon as within 2 working days. For urgent installation works, please inform us and we can make arrangements.

How long will it take to install the carpets?

This depends on the area. For most carpeting jobs we will be able to finish within a day or two. Please contact our team to get a more accurate estimation.

Can we view a sample of the carpet tiles?

Yes you can! You can head down to our office showroom to view our carpet tile samples.

If you require our representative to bring the samples to your office/home, please check with us on the availability.

Do you provide carpet stripping and disposal services?

Yes we do! We have served many clients that require stripping and disposal of their current office carpets before replacing them.

Do you provide labour to move furnitures?

Yes we do and charges apply.
